Drum Circles and Sound Healing

Updated: Feb 16, 2025

Led by Justin "Jay", drum circle facilitator/sound and color therapy healer and Mike, the drum circles and sound healing focus on creating a therapeutic environment through rhythm and collective sound-making, which helps in fostering communication, reducing stress and enhancing emotional well-being.

  • Improve mood. Drumming can improve mood and emotional regulation.

  • Increase self-confidence. Drumming can help participants feel more confident and in control.

  • Reduce stress. Drumming can increase endorphin production and decrease cortisol levels which can help with stress and blood pressure reduction.

  • Foster community. Drum circles can help participants feel more connected to others.

Break down personal barriers, build confidence, explore self-expression and camaraderie during one of our A.I.M Drum Circles.
